The Pineapple Bakery cakes are freshly baked from scratch using only the finest ingredients and topped with a variety of luscious buttercreams and frostings, they taste as good as they look.

25 to 250 people.   

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
A true buttercream is made with sweet butter and pure vanilla. And because buttercream is made with real dairy products, its finish has a lovely light cream or ivory tint and taste that is creamy and delicious. If you wish, we can tint buttercream using all natural food coloring (pale shades of pink, yellow or blue) or tailor special colors. 
Rolled Fondant
Classic and elegant, our rolled fondant is a combination of sugar and water that is carefully worked into a smooth white sheet. The taste is simple and sweet.

White Butter Cake layered; masked with 
Swiss Buttercream.

Coconut Custard Cream 
Light Coconut Cake with Coconut-Whipped Cream filling;  masked with White Coconut Buttercream 

Vanilla Bean
Creamy Vanilla Bean Cake, Madagascar Bourbon Cake; masked with Vanilla Bean Frosting

Classic Yellow with choice of fresh seasonal Strawberries, Raspberries or Blueberries and Whipped Cream; masked with Swiss Buttercream. 

                           Hawaiian Carrot 
Rich Carrot Cake with Pecans, Pineapple and Coconut filled and masked with Pineapple Glaze and Cream Cheese Icing. 
Chocolate Fudge
Moist Chocolate Fudge cake filled and iced with Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache; masked with Swiss Buttercream. 
Hawaiian Coconut Chocolate
Mocha Cake with Pecan-Coconut-Carmel Filling layered with Milk Chocolate Buttercream; masked with  
Swiss Buttercream.

Classic Lemon
White Butter Cake layered with tangy Lemon Curd;  masked with Swiss Buttercream. 
White Butter cake layered with tangy Passion Fruit Curd;  masked with Swiss Buttercream. 

Classic Red Velvet
Simple Mocha Red Cake filled; masked with 
Cream Cheese Icing.   

Please note that mousse cakes, meringues and cheesecakes are unsuitable for stacking, all perishable cakes should be refrigerated.  Custom flavoring available.
