Our chef service is available for $60.00 per hour for all venues of 2 to 7 guests (gratuity not included.) This price includes; 1 chef and 1 sous chef for preparation and clean up. Shopping will be charged at an hourly rate of 20.00 for chef or sous chef. Our drop off and delivery service is available at $58.00 per hour of prep work and a delivery fee of $15.00. All parties 12 guests and over are considered a catered event and will be priced accordingly and needs at least a 2 months advanced notice. Please inquire).
We also require one head service attendant at $30.00 per hour, with a minimum of 3 1/2 hours for each full service venue of 4 to 7 adult guests, an additional service attendant at $25.00 per hour, is recommended for 8 to 12 adult guests, for a full service venue. The service attendant price includes; set up, food & beverage* service, back up sous chef and break down and clean up.
There is an additional set up and clean up fee for all buffets, outside venues. A 18% gratuity on all service is included to each order and a state tax of 4.166%. (*beverages will be provided by the customer, bartender provided for an additional charge, 2 weeks advance notice please).
We request a 2 weeks advance notice to insure optimum freshness and availability of your preferred menus for all venues. You may choose from the sample menus that we have enclosed or call for a custom menu that suits your desires.
